What if I'd like a color palette that isn't listed?
We love bringing custom visions to life! If you have a specific color palette in mind that isn't one of our standard options, reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you. You'll also notice on most frames that you can enter in your color ideas. We'll reach out to you before production to confirm the details.
What size photo do I need?
Photo sizing depends on the opening layout you choose. All opening sizes are listed in the product details above so you can select the layout that works best for your photo before ordering.
How long does it take to receive my frame?
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 4–6 days from there. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout.
Is this frame ready to display when it arrives?
Almost instantly! Your frame arrives fully assembled — all you need to do is insert your photo. No tools, no crafting, no extra steps.
Can I order multiple frames with different personalization?

What frame colors are available?
Each frame is available in Black, White, Grey, or Natural Wood to complement any home décor or personal style.
Does the frame come with hanging hardware?
Yes! Every frame comes with a sawtooth hanger already attached to the back, so it's ready to hang straight out of the box. Prefer to display it on a surface? The frame also stands freely on a counter, desk, or shelf.
