Each item is made with care and attention to detail, especially our personalized and custom photo keepsakes. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Personalized or custom orders may take slightly longer depending on the level of customization and current order volume.

During holidays, sales events, and peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select orders at checkout

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Personalized Order Details

Please double-check all names, dates, quotes, and personalization details before placing your order.

The Caring Creative is not responsible for customer-entered spelling errors, incorrect dates, or inaccurate customization details submitted at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears delayed, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

The Caring Creative is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or there is an error on your order that was not caused by the personalization information submitted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
